Dark chocolate cake with a rich framboise chocolate ganache filling with or without fresh raspberries
Traditional delicious almond white cake with a rich semi sweet chocolate or a Madagascar vanilla buttercream filling with or without a thin tasty layer of french raspberry or strawberry jam with the buttercream filling.

Carrot cake with fresh shredded carrots, pineapple and spices, with a cream cheese filling. ( nut and raisin free unless specified )
Chai cake/ a delicious cake made with steamed milk infused with Chai tea and filled with a honey and ginger buttercream.
Caramel spice cake or caramel apple spice cake / a seasonal spiced cake with caramel buttercream filling with or without a fresh made apple compote. Apples are sauteed in butter, cinnamon and brown sugar then chilled and spread between the layers.
Gingerbread spice cake with vanilla buttercream whipped with a drizzle of 100% Vermont maple syrup, spread between the layers, sprinkled with or without chopped candied walnuts.
Pumpkin cake/ a variation on a the traditional pumpkin pie, pumpkin cake spiced with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves filled with a caramel buttercream, sprinkled with or without candied chopped pecans between the layers.
Helpful Information and Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do you book for weddings and special events? Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance! Recommended booking is at least 6 months before weddings, as the wedding season typically books up really quickly and Lynn takes only one event each weekend to provide each client the highest quality custom experience possible. For special event custom cakes, 2 months is always a good amount of time, although if you have find you have less time before your event you can always email Lynn for her schedule availability,
When requesting wedding cake and specialty cake Information in your initial email, please...In your initial email inquiry please include your event date so that Lynn can check availability for you, approximate guest count, event site, flavor options, any budget concerns and if possible attach photos of cakes that you like, any details such as colors, flowers, anything you would like to add that would be helpful to the thoughtful design of your cake.
What do you ice your cakes with? All cakes are covered with a Swiss meringue buttercream. Even under the fondant covered cakes there is a layer of the Swiss meringue which is made with real butter, Madagascar vanilla and sugar added to a meringue. It is rich, delicious and makes a gorgeous clean finish on a cake that is also stable enough for the warmer weather.
If you prefer the look of Fondant, it will be professional Satin Ice rolled fondant in vanilla or chocolate.
Cake pricing? Cake prices are based on the number of servings, the cake flavors you choose and the complexity of design.
Do you do tastings? Tastings for weddings are by schedule only and are a great way to meet and talk in detail about what cake, multiple cakes or cupcakes you would like to feature at your wedding. Cost is $20.00 and will include a personal consultation with your choice of 2 flavors to try. When your order is placed the $20.00 tasting fee will be deducted from your balance.
Upon delivery will you customize my cake with fresh flowers? Yes for weddings, upon delivery Lynn personally sets your cake or cupcakes out free of charge. With your instruction to your florist, upon their arrival on your wedding day they will be able to leave your choice of flowers for the cake or cupcakes and Lynn will arrange them to your preference.
Also delivered with your cake, a cake box with how to save your anniversary tier instructions on top and to safely transport and preserve your anniversary tier after the reception.
Do you require a deposit for Weddings? All wedding cakes or cupcake orders require a deposit in order to secure your day on the calendar which is usually paid at the time of your cake tasting.
