My first career was an Illustrator for Hallmark Cards, working with flavors and design everyday since. I have eighteen years cake experience, while blessed to have been trained by some amazing Chefs along the way.

I take one cake a week to protect the integrity of my cakes, look forward to meeting the people I bake and design for and search out quality ingredients.


By appointment only based in Southeastern Connecticut. With frequent deliveries to Eolia Mansion, Branford House, Salt Water Farm Vineyard, Jonathan Edwards Winery, Geer Tree Farm to name a few.
